The firm also advises and acts for trustees in bankruptcy and liquidators in relation to claims under the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Cth) or Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), including conducting examinations and in relation to claw-back claims for the benefit of creditors and insolvent trading claims.
