Case of Note
The team at Stynes Bastian Lawyers recently acted for two Company Directors charged with 16 offences under the Environmental Protection Authority Act, where total fines (including convictions) amounted to in excess of $940,000.00 for each Director.
A sentence hearing indication and subsequent plea bargain with Prosecutions achieved a result where not only did both Directors avoid conviction, each was also only fined $8,000.00.
