Ita is experienced in Commercial Law, Property Law, Charity and Not-for-Profit Law. Ita also holds a Graduate Certificate in Finance and a Master of Public Policy, giving her comprehensive knowledge of business transactions.
Ita reviews and drafts a variety of corporate legal documents, including commercial and retail leases, sales of businesses, terms and conditions, heads of agreement, memorandums of understanding, shareholders' agreements, asset transfer deeds, loan deeds, and handles applications for complex duty exemptions. She is experienced in facilitating both commercial and residential property transactions, providing strategic advice to clients, and managing negotiations.
Prior to joining Stynes Bastian, Ita worked at a commercial law firm handling diverse legal matters. Her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence drives her to deliver strong outcomes for her clients.
Originally from Sydney, Ita is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She is also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
She is passionate about heritage architecture, loves travelling and visiting art galleries.
