Kimble is one of the founding Partners of Stynes Bastian Lawyers. He has over 30 years of experience in the law, taking partnership at age 29 in 1999 at one of Melbourne’s leading city based firms.
Kimble has developed an incredibly broad client base ranging across industries and professions including manufacturing, telecommunications and IT, transport and broking services, professional services (including for doctors, engineers, architects and other lawyers), hospitality and employer/industry bodies.
With a particular focus on commercial litigation, Kimble also provides clients with advice in property and general business structures (including Partnership, Director and Shareholder disputes), employment/industrial relations matters, town planning and in family and criminal law. Kimble regularly appears in the Magistrates’, County, Supreme and Federal Courts, as well as Statutory Tribunals.
