SAHAR DERAKHSHAN
Sahar is one of the founding Partners of Stynes Bastian Lawyers. She was admitted as an Australian Lawyer in August 2015 and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
Sahar predominantly practices in Commercial Litigation, with a particular focus on Debt Recovery and Post Judgment Enforcement.
Sahar also practices in Estate Law (including complex Estate Disputes), Property Law, and Superannuation Law (particularly Distribution Disputes).
Sahar has extensive experience appearing in Court, and regularly appears in the Supreme, Federal, and Magistrates’ Courts, and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Sahar uses her skills and strategies to achieve positive, cost effective results for clients.
In her spare time, Sahar enjoys reading, catching up on TV shows, and spending time with her family.
